Aluminum alloy tubes with an outer diameter of no more than 10 cm were included in the 10th exclusion extension list of goods subject to tariffs by the United States and Canada

On September 13, the Customs Tariff Commission of The State Council issued a notice that according to the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of The State Council on the Tenth Exclusion Extension List of goods subject to Tariff increases in the United States (Announcement No. 1 of 2023 of the Tax Commission), the tenth exclusion extension list of goods subject to tariff increases in the United States will expire on September 15, 2023. The Customs Tariff Commission of The State Council shall, in accordance with procedures, extend the exclusion period for the relevant commodities.
The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: From September 16, 2023 to April 30, 2024, the goods listed in the annex will continue to be exempted from the tariffs imposed by China in response to the US Section 301 measures.
Among them, aluminum alloy tubes with an outer diameter of no more than 10 cm (tariff code 76082010) in aluminum-related products will continue to be exempted from the tariffs imposed by the United States to counter the 301 measures.
