Strictly implement the national industrial policy, optimize and adjust the industrial scale structure, improve the comprehensive utilization of resources, improve the concentration of resources, maintain the basic stability of the scale of alumina, reasonable and moderate capacity of electrolytic aluminum, and orderly increase the scale of recycled aluminum. By 2030, strive to achieve a local alumina conversion rate of more than 70% in the province, and increase the proportion of recycled aluminum in the supply of primary aluminum (liquid aluminum) to more than 20%.
