It is reported that high-end aluminum alloy roller bottom solid solution quenching furnace, is the production of aerospace aluminum necessary high-precision equipment. For a long time, its manufacturing technology is monopolized by foreign enterprises, the key production technology and control system is blocked, is a typical major weak equipment, and the import of equipment has uneven quenching, high cost and other problems. In order to solve these problems, by Yuefeng Aluminum and Northeastern University, Guangxi Advanced Aluminum Processing Innovation Center, Yuefeng Research Institute and Yantai Yuefeng College jointly developed, after years of research and repeated experiments, finally successfully developed this high-precision aluminum alloy roller bottom furnace with complete independent intellectual property rights.
The successful trial production of the equipment not only solves the five key equipment technical problems existing in the development of complete equipment for high-quality aluminum alloy heat treatment production line in China, but also develops automatic intelligent control systems for air flow circulation, gas injection, burner and heating, which makes the temperature difference within the furnace not exceed 3 °C, and the quenching transfer time controlled within 15 seconds, fully satisfying the standard requirements of AMS2750E aviation grade 1 heat treatment furnace, and the core indicators reach the international first-class level. At the same time, the localization of the equipment is realized for the first time, which reduces the cost of the equipment by two thirds.
