Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum successfully passed the expansion audit of aluminum alloy materials used in PED pressure equipment by Laosen Quality Certification Co., LTD.
In order to ensure the smooth passing of the certification extension audit, Yuefeng Aluminum actively communicated with Laosheng Quality Certification Company on audit matters, formulated audit plans, took the lead in organizing production units to sample, coordinated the technical center to witness the test, so that Yuefeng aluminum products fully meet the conditions for examination. In the audit, according to the requirements of 2014/68/EU and ISO9000, the audit experts conducted the audit by consulting documents, records, on-site review and interview and exchange. At the audit site, the audit team extracted part of the sample, witnessed the product mechanical properties, chemical composition and other series of test processes, the test indicators and audit results are in line with the relevant standards. The audit team has fully given Yuefeng aluminum qualification, system operation, production capacity, product quality, quality management and other aspects, and put forward opinions and suggestions, indicating the direction for the continuous improvement of Donglight system operation and the improvement of basic management.
The approval of this extension audit is a prerequisite for Yuefeng Aluminum to obtain product orders and expand the industry market, which provides a strong guarantee for further seizing the market and improving product competitiveness.
