Yuefeng Seiko: plans to invest in the construction of automotive lightweight parts precision processing project in Fanchang District, Wuhu

On August 30, Yuefeng Precision announced that it agreed to sign the "Suzhou Yuefeng Precision Automotive Lightweight Parts precision Processing Project Investment Contract" and the "Supplementary Contract" with the People's Government of Fanchang District of Wuhu City. The company intends to invest in the construction of "Yuefeng Precision Automotive lightweight parts precision Processing Project" in Fanchang District. The project plans to invest 2.5 billion yuan (including 1.5 billion yuan in fixed assets), and authorize the management of the company to handle related matters including but not limited to the relevant procedures and agreements involved in the project investment.
