The reporter recently learned from Xinxing County of Yunfu City that Yunfu key investment attraction project - Guangdong Xinxing Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. aluminum products and metal processing project since the official start of the end of 2022, the project construction is progressing smoothly. At present, the seven bidding sections of the first phase are fully capped, and the second phase will officially start construction in October. As planned, the first phase will be put into operation in August 2024 and fully completed and put into operation in December 2025, which will inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of the city's industrial economy.
The reporter walked into the construction site of Guangdong Xinxing Yuefeng Aluminum project to see that the high-rise buildings have been sealed, large tower cranes, cranes, transport vehicles have been operating, workers are carrying out steel beam lifting, external wall tiling and other work. According to the person in charge of the enterprise site, the project is located in the east park of Xinxing County Xincheng Industrial Park, a total of 11 bidding sections are constructed in two phases. At present, seven bidding sections in the first phase have been capped, including three extrusion workshops, two spraying workshops, two packaging workshops, and will soon enter the roof steel structure installation stage and be completed by the end of the year as planned. The four sections of the second phase of the project, including municipal roads, water supply and drainage, office buildings, dormitories, and three-dimensional finished product warehouses, will officially start construction in early October as planned.
"Since the provincial, municipal and county high-quality development conference was held this year, the project has concentrated capital, manpower and material resources and other construction elements, and worked fast to seize time and grasp the construction period under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, and fully promoted the fast and good construction of the project." The person in charge of the enterprise site said.
It is understood that the project is invested by Guangdong Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. with a planned investment of 5 billion yuan and an area of 1100 mu. The main construction of aluminum profile manufacturing industry chain integration industrial base, including manufacturing research and development, processing and sales, warehousing logistics, production and living facilities. Products cover green building materials, high-end system doors and Windows, high-end industrial materials (aerospace, rail transit, new energy vehicles, electronic appliances, 5G communications). The project is positioned as a fully intelligent, information-based, integrated and whole industrial chain production base for Yuefeng Aluminum's research and development, equipment and production capacity, with a post-production capacity of about 600,000 tons, an output value of more than 10 billion yuan, a tax of about 350 million yuan, and 3,000 jobs. The project will become a new benchmark to lead the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of China's aluminum profile industry, achieve "re-creating a new Yuefeng aluminum", and drive the high-quality collaborative development of the upstream and downstream industries of metal intelligent manufacturing.
