The heavy truck with the bottom power change technology integrates the battery module directly into the vehicle bracket/chassis, and the battery pack and the vehicle can be quickly separated, realizing the 6-minute "ultra-fast power change and fast energy supplement", ensuring the safe, fast and low-cost full power departure of the electric heavy truck; At the same time, through the bottom power change technology, the battery pack no longer occupies the cargo box space, improves the floor area ratio by 9.6%, increases the cargo space of the vehicle, and reduces the operating cost.
 
Compared with the traditional back-type battery pack layout, the bottom power change puts forward higher requirements for the structural strength of the power change device. Yuefeng Aluminum Material Institute has developed a truss-type structural design form. According to the characteristics of heavy load concentration, the force flow transmission path is reasonably planned to effectively avoid stress concentration and local secondary strengthening is carried out at the connection of important force transfer channels. The structural strength of the connection of the force transfer channel is greatly improved. The design uses high-strength aluminum alloy profiles to meet the requirements of large load, light weight and complex working conditions. The welding process of the overall electric replacement device is strictly controlled by the high iron welding standard. Through the self-developed welding deformation control technology, the overall welding accuracy of the electric replacement device is much higher than the industry level. The replacement device greatly improves the safety and reliability of the battery pack while achieving a lightweight degree of 40%, ranking in the industry leading level.
