Recently, the first automatic aluminum and aluminum alloy automatic sample preparation system jointly developed by ChalCO Intelligence and Yuefeng Aluminum has been put into use in the analytical laboratory of Yuefeng Aluminum Analysis and Control Center.
The system is a non-standard automatic inspection and testing system with high integration of hardware and software. It has established production and management systems such as work, quality, data and predictive maintenance, and built an intelligent production system of aluminum electrolysis digital twin based on knowledge and big data to solve the problem of aluminum/aluminum alloy sample preparation in the electrolytic aluminum industry. Many human resources, large labor intensity, low sample preparation efficiency, unstable quality, scattered equipment layout, poor working environment and other problems, to achieve the aluminum and aluminum alloy sample mass "one-click operation", sample processing surface precision is high, stable quality, sample preparation efficiency reaches 3 times that of manual sample preparation, while greatly reducing the safety risk in the manual process. Realize the intrinsic safety of equipment and facilities.
The successful development and application of the system has filled the gaps in the technical fields related to the production of primary aluminum/aluminum alloy samples in the domestic electrolysis industry, realized the optimization control based on data and models and the mechanization, intelligence, automation, standardization and safety of the operation, and improved labor productivity and energy efficiency.
