The three national standards for aviation aluminum led by Yuefeng Aluminum will be implemented

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standards Committee issued the No. 1 National Standards Announcement in 2024, issuing 406 national standards, of which 3 national standards for aluminum alloy are prepared by Yuefeng Aluminum to fill the gap in national standards, which will be implemented from October 1.
Among the three newly released national standards, the "General Technical Specification for Aluminum Alloy forgings for Aviation" and the "General Technical Specification for Aluminum Alloy tubes, rods, profiles and Wires for Aviation" are the new national standards. They are suitable for aviation aluminum alloy die forging, free forging and aviation aluminum alloy pipe, bar, profile, wire, and standardize the general requirements of aviation materials such as size, surface and special requirements such as qualified identification and process control. The formulation of the two national standards is the need for the localization and international development of aviation materials, the release and implementation of the domestic aviation aluminum standards to fill the gap, to improve the quality of China's aviation aluminum, to break the monopoly of foreign high-end aluminum alloy materials, to achieve the independent control of China's high-end aluminum alloy materials, to help domestic large aircraft faster and better development has important practical significance. "Aluminum alloy forgings" is revised on the basis of the original national standard.
The release and implementation of the new standard is conducive to further improving the overall product quality and technical level of China's aluminum alloy industry, promoting the promotion and application of new aluminum alloy products, and better serving the upgrading of domestic aluminum and aluminum alloy products and the needs of national key projects.
