After settling in Beichuan Industrial Park at the end of the year, it only took more than 70 days to complete the landing and put into production trial operation. At present, the first phase of the project has been put into operation, achieving an annual output value of 150 million yuan, and it is planned that after the entire project is completed and put into operation in 2024, it will form a large-scale production base with an annual output value of 3 million aluminum alloy wheels, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan. At present, the production line has reached the leading technological level of the aluminum alloy wheel manufacturing industry, with obvious industrial advantages, and has filled the vacancy of the green wheel industry in Qinghai, Northwest and even the whole country.
Zuoyuhai, head of Qinghai Haiyuan Green Wheel Manufacturing Co., LTD., said that at present, the aluminum alloy wheel project with an annual output of 500,000 pieces has been completed and put into production, and the order has been lined up until 2024. Now, the construction of a project with an annual output of 1 million pieces is currently under way in the second phase, which is expected to be completed and put into production in September 2023. Strive to complete and put into operation this overall 3 million aluminum alloy wheel project in March 2024, and make its own contribution to the transformation and upgrading of our aluminum industry and the construction of aluminum alloy wheel production base.
