The EU and Australia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 28 May to establish a bilateral partnership to collaborate on sustainable critical and strategic minerals that covers the entire critical and strategic mineral value chain: exploration, extraction, processing, refining, recycling and disposal of extractive waste.
