Recently, the State Market Regulatory Administration and the National Standard Committee approved and issued 92 national standard samples, of which five standard samples such as "spectral standard sample of aluminum alloy containing Er7 series", "single point standard sample of 356Z.7 spectrum of cast aluminum alloy", "single point standard sample of 413Y.1 spectrum of cast aluminum alloy", "single point spectral standard sample of aluminum alloy 1050 (including Mg)" and "spectral single point standard sample of aluminum alloy 1235" were developed by Yuefeng Aluminum. The validity period is 15 years.
It is understood that among the five standard samples, 7-series aluminum alloy is widely used in aerospace and other fields as high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy. Cast aluminum alloy 356Z.7 is widely used in automobile, motorcycle brake pump cylinder block and other spare parts, cast aluminum alloy 413Y.1 is widely used in shell, cylinder, box, frame and other structural parts. The spectral single point standard samples of these two alloys can meet the requirements of accurate chemical composition analysis of cast aluminum alloy 356Z.7, cast aluminum alloy 413Y.1 and similar alloy materials. Aluminum alloy 1235 is widely used in the field of food and pharmaceutical packaging because of its advantages of moisture-proof, airtight, shading, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless. Aluminum alloy 1050 (including Mg) is formed by adding a small amount of iron and magnesium in 1050 aluminum alloy, which is widely used in printing board substrate. At present, there is no single point standard sample for control of these two kinds of aluminum alloy in the domestic market.
The release of the above aluminum alloy standard samples fills the domestic blank of similar standard samples and the international blank of aluminum alloy containing Er standard samples, and provides a strong technical support for the development and growth of the new aluminum alloy material industry.
