Job Description
1. Create pull with end users (Aluminum extrusion) through sales visits, presenting products, concepts and solutions
2. Distributor steering (yearly business plans / volume targets, regular business reviews, marketing support, general support)
3. Be present at main fairs, events, build a relevant network in the industry with key users- generally: represent YUEFENG in the market
4. Feed back market information and customers needs to the central YUEFENG team and formulate market specific needs in order to request new products, marketing tools, change price positioning. Build the unique value propositions for YUEFENG in Asia.
5. Contribute to developing priorities / sources of growth for YUEFENG in Asia Pacific, discuss with management and translate into clear sales priorities.
6. Various internal tasks: reporting, participating in Sales Meeting (regional & International), answering general requests for YUEFENG
Job requirement
· Education
- University degree, business school or similar
· Experience (type)
- Sales manager or key account manager in similar environment (metal / EPC / multi-distributor management) in B2B
- Demonstrated ability of business development
- Proven ability to create effective working relationships with a large number of internal / external stakeholders, end-users and distributors
· Knowledge or specific business understanding
- “Self-starter”, entrepreneurial attitude
- Result oriented, with high customer focus
- Experience in selling European B2B or aluminum extrusion products
- Very fluent in English, local languages, Japanese, Russian and German are a preferred
