Thailand made a final anti-dumping ruling on China Aluminum extrusion products

On June 9, 2023, the Thai dumping and subsidies review committee announced that the aluminum extrusion products from the People's Republic of China (Thai: ส ิ น ค ้ า อ ะ ล ู ม ิ เ น ี ย ม อ ั ด ข ึ ้ น ร ู ป, refer to English: Aluminum Extruded Products made a final anti-dumping ruling, ruled that there was dumping of China's involved products, but did not cause material damage to the domestic industry, so do not take anti-dumping measures against China's involved products. The Thai customs codes of the products involved are 7604.10.10.000, 7604.10.90.000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.000, 761 0.10.90.000. The announcement shall take effect the day after its promulgation.
On December 3, 2021, the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand issued a notice that in response to the application of domestic enterprises in Thailand, an anti-dumping investigation was launched on aluminum extrusion products originating in China.
