By importing GB/T19001 quality management system standard, the company has strengthened the overall quality management and enhanced the discipline implementation, pursuing the consistency and coherence of the product quality. During the time when the company was establishing and improving the quality management system, it seized the opportunity to implement the “join the army” strategy and officially accessed to the military manufacturing market, thus entering the defense market and constructing a new pattern of deep development.
The company started its business based on the technological innovation. It keeps up with the pace of market development and continuously invests lots of money for scientific and technological research as well as the research and upgrade of products. Up to now, the company has 13 national invention patents and utility model patents.
On Dec. 16th, 2014, the company has independently developed and formed mass production of the 7020 T6 aluminium alloy reducer used for the pantograph of the high-speed train, which has won the title of “key new products in Wuxi city”. At present, the pantographs of all bullet trains nationwide use the domestic aluminum alloy reducer, which are only produced by the yuefeng aluminium technology. And the price of this products is lower than tow thirds of the similar products.
In March, 2015, the company has successful developed a 5A06 O state high magnesium aluminum alloy rust-proof thin-walled rectangular pipe used for some national defense project and ships, whose specifications is 240*100*5mm. the performance of this product reaches the international leading level and it has put into mass production. This product has hitting the domestic record of independently producing large-scale high magnesium alloy seamless rectangular tubes and made the company the only supplier of this product in the country.
In May 2015, on the basis of the level one reducing of 7020 T6 reducer, the company has successfully developed the level two reducing products with higher process and quality requirement---the 2A12 T4 gradient tube used for the communication antenna of defense.
In august, 2015, the company has refreshed its record and developed China’s largest high magnesium alloy seamless rectangular tube, 5A06 O state rectangular tube with a specification of 280*100*5mm, inside dimension of +_0.15mm, straightness of 1/1000, which is the accessories of the important project of national defense. The product has changed the situation that our country can not produce large size aluminum alloy rectangular tube, this filling the blank of our country, breaking the technology monopoly of foreign countries and meeting the urgent need of national defense project.
In September, 2016, the company has independently developed the special high precision 6063 T4 aluminium alloy material for china’s new radar and successfully passed all test and acceptance. The standard of this public errand is 51 times higher than the national ultrahigh precision standard and it’s used for the new radar precision antenna. This product is firstly developed in china and made great success.
In June, 2017, the company has received the recognition as a national high-tech enterprise.
In January, 2018, the reducer of our company has received an honorary title—the high-tech product in wuxi city. Since then, the company has officially stepped into the “double high” area and increased the investment of technical research and development, which has promoted the healthy development of the company
