The United States made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on aluminum lithographic printing plates

Recently, the US Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping preliminary ruling on Aluminum Lithographic Printing Plates imported from China and Japan. Preliminary ruling Fujifilm PrintingPlate (China) Co., LTD., Ltd.) had a dumping rate of 38.57% (38.56% after margin adjustment for subsidy offset), a dumping rate of 107.62% for other producers/exporters in China (107.61% after margin adjustment for subsidy offset), and a dumping rate of 87.81%-157.16% for Japanese producers/exporters. The US Department of Commerce is expected to make a final anti-dumping ruling on this case on July 9, 2024. This case involves products under the United States Customs Code 3701.30.0000.
On October 19, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on aluminum lithography plates imported from China and an anti-dumping investigation on aluminum lithography plates imported from Japan.
