Yuefeng Aluminum has obtained a new invention patent authorization, the patent is called "a double horn aluminum alloy shaped pipe forging die, device and method", the authorization date is August 23, 2024.
The invention relates to a forging die, a device and a method for a double-horn aluminum alloy shaped pipe fitting, including an upper template and a lower template; A lower concave die is installed on the lower template, and a punch assembly that can slide horizontally is arranged on both sides of the lower concave die. The punch assembly on both sides of the lower concave die is arranged relative to each other. The upper template is vertically fixed with a connecting rod, and the lower end of the connecting rod is arranged with a connecting block that can slide vertically. The vertical motion of the connecting block can be converted into the horizontal motion of the middle wedge block, and the lower part of the upper template is elastic connected with a moving ring, which is fixed with a side wedge block. The side wedge block is fitted with the middle wedge block and the punch assembly through an inclined plane so that the vertical motion of the side wedge block can be converted into the horizontal motion of the punch assembly. The forging die of the invention is adopted. The forging shape of the two ends of the tube is realized when the blank is placed horizontally.
