Zhengzhou "No waste city" construction leading group office recently announced the 2023 Zhengzhou "no waste factory" list, a total of 260, involving a number of fields. Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. won the title of "no waste factory".
The creation of "waste free factory" is an indispensable part of the construction process of "waste free city", and is the general trend of achieving high-quality leapfrog development under the background of "double carbon" during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. In recent years, Yuefeng Aluminum adheres to the road of green, low-carbon and sustainable development, commits itself to the application and research of aluminum resource recycling, comprehensively builds a new aluminum industry recycling ecosystem with "Yuefeng characteristics", and takes the lead in realizing large-scale recycling of aluminum resources.
In 2017, the company prospectively laid out the field of recycled aluminum, developed recycled aluminum grade protection utilization technology, recycled aluminum production capacity rapidly expanded from 100,000 tons in 2018 to the current 1 million tons, becoming the first domestic enterprise in the field of deformed aluminum grade protection utilization to scale up recycled aluminum resources, grade protection application, recycled aluminum technology in the industry leading level. In 2020, the company built the first domestic wet comprehensive utilization production line of aluminum ash slag, which systematically solved the difficulties of comprehensive utilization of aluminum ash slag, realized the recycling of all by-products, and no waste water and solid waste were generated in the whole process.
