Recently, Yefeng New Material Technology has successfully developed and trial-produced a lightweight automobile spare tire support, which uses the cutting-edge material AISi10MnMg to replace the original A380, achieving the breakthrough of no cracks when the die casting is subjected to stress, and the addition of Mn element effectively avoids the phenomenon of mold adhesion during the die casting process and improves the output rate of the finished product. After the T7 heat treatment process, the yield strength of the product exceeds 120MPa, the tensile strength exceeds 180MPa, and the elongation is greater than 10%, which greatly enhances the durability and safety of the product.
