Yuefeng Technology announced that the company held a board meeting on April 26, 2023 to review and pass the motion: the company agreed to use its own funds to invest in the construction of "green electricity high-end aluminum base material project with an annual output of 200,000 tons" within the jurisdiction of Guangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, with a total investment of 150,000 yuan; It is agreed that the Company will sign an Investment Cooperation Agreement with the Management Committee of Guangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone on the investment cooperation of the project.
