Argentina has made a final ruling on the anti-dumping sunset review of household aluminum radiators involving China

On July 7, 2025, the Ministry of Economy of Argentina issued Announcement No. 935 of 2025, making a negative final ruling on the anti-dumping sunset review of aluminum radiators (non-electric household aluminum radiators used for centralized heating) originating from China and Italy, and decided to terminate the anti-dumping measures on the involved products. At the same time, the anti-circumvention investigation on the involved Chinese products will be terminated and no anti-dumping duties will be levied. The Mercosur customs code for the involved products is 7615.10.00. This announcement shall come into effect as of the date of its release.
On June 28, 2018, Argentina initiated an anti-dumping investigation into household aluminum radiators originated from China, Spain and Italy. On November 22, 2019, the former Ministry of Production and Labor of Argentina issued Announcement No. 1283 of 2019, making a final ruling on the anti-dumping duties of the involved products from China, Spain and Italy, and officially imposing anti-dumping duties on the involved products. Among them, the duty rate for the involved products from China is 87%, and the validity period is five years. On November 5, 2024, Argentina initiated an anti-dumping sunset review investigation into the involved products from China and Italy. Meanwhile, an anti-circumvention investigation was initiated against the Chinese products involved in the case.
