Australia delays release of the basic facts report and final ruling on the anti-dumping and countervailing measures against Chinese aluminum doors and windows.

On January 27, 2026, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/016, stating that the release of the basic facts report and final ruling on the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation of imported aluminium windows and doors from China would be postponed. The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission anticipates completing the basic facts report of this case by no later than September 23, 2026, and submitting the final ruling report to the Australian Minister for Industry and Science by no later than November 25, 2026.
On November 25, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/115, stating that in response to the application submitted by Australian domestic enterprise Ventora Group Pty Ltd and the industry association Australian Glass and Window Association, an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation was initiated on aluminum doors and windows imported from China. The Australian customs code of the involved products is 7610.10.00.12. The investigation period for dumping and subsidies was from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and the investigation period for damage was from July 1, 2021.
