On November 21, 2025, during the Sichuan-Shaanxi-Gansu-Chongqing (Guangyuan) Aluminum Industrial Chain Collaborative Development Conference, 18 aluminum-based new materials industrial projects were signed on-site in a centralized ceremony.
The on-site signings included six agreements with aluminum precision deep-processing enterprises, six trade and procurement contracts for the aluminum industry, and six credit facility agreements supporting aluminum-related businesses.
It was reported that a total of 41 projects were signed at the conference, with a combined investment value of RMB 23.23 billion.
In recent years, Guangyuan City has vigorously implemented its “1345” development strategy, designating the aluminum-based new materials industry as its “leading sector.” The city is accelerating efforts to build itself into a regional hub for aluminum trading, processing, and logistics across Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Chongqing. Through aggressive investment promotion and proactive support for enterprises—providing platforms and sharing opportunities—Guangyuan is striving to establish itself as the “China Green Aluminum Capital.”
