In the first half of the year, the output of ten non-ferrous metals in China increased by 2.9% year-on-year

Data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that in June 2025, the added value of the non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 9.2% year-on-year, and the cumulative added value from January to June increased by 7.6% year-on-year.
In June, the output of ten kinds of non-ferrous metals was 6.95 million tons, up 4.4% year-on-year. The cumulative output from January to June was 40.32 million tons, representing a year-on-year growth of 2.9%. Among them, the output of electrolytic aluminum in June was 3.81 million tons, increasing by 3.4% year-on-year. From January to June, the output of electrolytic aluminum was 22.38 million tons, with a cumulative year-on-year growth of 3.3%.
