India Launches Anti-Subsidy Review Investigation on Certain Aluminum Wire Products from Malaysia

According to foreign media reports, the Indian government stated Monday evening that, in response to review requests submitted by companies such as Hindalco Industries, Vedanta, and Bharat Aluminium, India will conduct an investigation into certain aluminum wire products from Malaysia.
The existing anti-subsidy duties are set to expire in September, and the investigation aims to determine whether it is necessary to extend the tariff period.
