Huomihongjun Aluminum Electric Company was therefore selected as the first batch of national green manufacturing system (green factory) demonstration list, becoming the only non-ferrous metal industry enterprises selected in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
In the context of carbon neutrality, the proportion of thermal power consumption has gradually decreased. State Power Investment Inner Mongolia Company actively breaks the construction of aluminum industry chain, fully relies on the advantages of the company's circular economy industrial cluster, and fully combines the development of wind power and aluminum. Up to now, its aluminum industry has implemented a total of 92 intelligent manufacturing projects, and completed an investment of 272 million yuan.
The green energy used by Huolinhe Aluminum Power Company comes from the Huolinhe circular economy demonstration project of its power branch, which is mainly composed of 600,000 kilowatts of wind power and 150,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic projects. At present, the green energy replacement of electrolytic aluminum production link of Huomai Hongjun Aluminum Electric Company has reached 25%, and the annual output of electrolytic aluminum using green energy has reached 230,000 tons.
At the same time, the State power Investment Inner Mongolia Company increased the proportion of photovoltaic power generation, in order to implement green new energy to promote carbon emission reduction. The roof of the fire station, electrolysis workshop and alumina warehouse workshop of Baiyin Hua Aluminum Electric Company is used to build a distributed photovoltaic project. Since its completion, the project has provided about 430,000 KWH of green electricity. Reduce CO2 emissions by nearly 340 tons; Green aluminum production 504 tons/year.
