Shanxi Yuefeng Aluminum Company production person in charge: our main body of equipment has basically been completed, now the rest of the installation and commissioning, homogenizing furnace is expected to be put into production at the end of August and early September, all equipment will be fired in September.

Compared with the first-phase melting furnace, the recovery rate of one ton is increased by 2%, saving 15 cubic meters of natural gas. After the equipment is put into operation, the output can be increased by 70,000 tons, and the company can create more than 3 million product profits a year.
Shanxi Yuefeng Aluminum Company aluminum rod and aluminum ingot and aluminum products processing project is committed to the extension of the industrial chain for breakthrough, the project new plant 10,000 square meters, installed 3 melting furnaces, 5 sets of homogenizing furnaces and automatic flaw detector, deep bed filter and other production equipment. At the same time, a new domestic multi-functional environmental protection equipment. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 150,000 tons of aluminum alloy products annually, process more than 150,000 tons of recycled aluminum, the output value exceeds 2 billion yuan, realize profits and taxes of more than 8 million yuan, and create more than 170 new jobs.
