On February 18, Yuefeng Technology announced that Liaoning Yuefeng Light Material Technology Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently obtained a certificate of real estate rights, marking the progress of its investment in the construction of the Northeast headquarters production base of automotive lightweight aluminum products (Phase I) in Shenbei New District, Shenyang.
The project, with a total investment of 600 million yuan, aims to boost the company's business development. According to the announcement, Liaoning Yuefeng completed the registration procedures for the use right of state-owned construction land and obtained the "Real estate Right Certificate" issued by the Shenyang Bureau of Natural Resources. The main information of the certificate includes: the land area is 100,000 square meters, the use period is from January 10, 2025 to January 9, 2075, the right type is the state-owned construction land use right, the nature of the right is the transfer, and the use is industrial land. This development will provide a strong guarantee for the company's subsequent investment and production.
