Thailand Issues Final Anti-Dumping Determination on Aluminum Extrusions from China

On November 24, 2025, Thailand’s Subcommittee on Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties issued a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling on aluminum extrusions (Thai: สินค้าอะลูมิเนียมอัดขึ้นรูป) originating from China. The decision imposes definitive anti-dumping duties ranging from 5.12% to 21.94% of the CIF (cost, insurance, and freight) value on the subject Chinese products. The duties will remain in effect for five years. The specific duty rates are as follows:

1. Guangdong Golden Aluminum Co., Ltd.: 5.12%

2. Guangdong Yonglong Aluminum Co., Ltd.: 7.53%

3. The following companies are all assigned a rate of 7.63%:

   • Qingyuan XinYueYa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. (producer)
   • Guangdong Nanhai Light Industrial Products Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (exporter)
   • Splendor Aluminium Metal (Foshan) Co., Ltd.

4. All non-sampled cooperating producers/exporters: 7.09%
   (1) Foshan Sanshui Fenglu Aluminium Co., Ltd.
   (2) Press Metal International Co., Ltd.
   (3) Shandong Huajian Aluminium Group Co., Ltd.
   (4) Foshan JMA Aluminium Co., Ltd.
   (5) Foshan City Nanhai Yongfeng Aluminum Co., Ltd.
   (6) Zhaoqing Guangao New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
   (7) Guangdong JMA Aluminium Profile Factory (Group) Co., Ltd.
   (8) Guangdong XingFa Aluminium Co., Ltd.
   (9) Sihui Guangzheng Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd. (producer) and Foshan Guangshou Import and Export Co., Ltd. (exporter)
   (10) Guangdong Haomei New Materials Co., Ltd. (producer) and Hao Mei Aluminium Products Co., Ltd. (exporter)
   (11) Foshan Nanhai Wing Hing Aluminum Co., Ltd. (producer) and Foshan Greatness Trade Co., Ltd. (exporter)

5. All other producers and exporters: 21.94%

The following producers/exporters are exempted from anti-dumping duties:
(1) Guangdong Weiye Aluminium Factory Group Co., Ltd.
(2) Jiangsu Asia-Pacific Light Alloy Technology Co., Ltd.

The investigation covers products falling under the following Thai Customs Tariff headings:
7604.10.10.000, 7604.10.90.000, 7604.21.90.000, 7604.29.10.000, 7604.29.90.001, 7604.29.90.090, 7610.10.10.000, and 7610.10.90.000.

The ruling takes effect the day after its publication.

Background: On July 16, 2024, Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, initiated an anti-dumping investigation on aluminum extrusions from China following a petition filed by a domestic Thai company.
