The key parameters such as plate shape, thickness and surface were monitored in real time and all met the standards. The operation was stable, achieving seamless production from raw materials to finished products, leading in both precision and speed. This achievement not only marks the further expansion of the company's production capacity, but also indicates that the production level of aluminum foil has reached a new stage, laying a solid foundation for the company to deeply cultivate the high-end aluminum foil processing field.
It is learned that the equipment commissioning team of the imported rolling mill of the Aluminum Foil Division carried out cross-border collaboration. It took them five months to complete the equipment installation and parameter optimization, and made every effort to remove technical bottlenecks. German Aachenbacher technical experts provided on-site guidance, and the local process data was deeply integrated. Through the integration of intelligent dynamic control technology in the system and the coordinated optimization of the three core processes, a significant breakthrough has been achieved. It is expected that the comprehensive increase in rolling speed by more than 30% and the reduction of unit energy consumption by more than 20% can be achieved as high-efficiency goals. At the same time, the full-process automation rate has exceeded 95%, and the production change time has been shortened to 10 minutes, achieving an intelligent production upgrade. This strongly supports the flexible switching of multiple specifications of products and is already capable of meeting high-end demands such as new energy battery foil, high-end cigarette card paper, sterile bags, and materials.
