From June 14 to 16, 2023, the first working meeting of the national standard "General Technical Specifications for Concentrated melting and Distribution of Aluminum liquid for die Casting" led by Nantong Hongjin Metal Aluminum Co., LTD., as well as three government standard review meetings such as "Die casting Aluminum Alloy" and a low-carbon national standard seminar were successfully held in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. The meeting was organized by the national casting standardization Technical Committee.
The national standard "General Technical Specification for Centralized melting and distribution of aluminum liquid for die Casting" specifies the process flow, technical requirements, inspection methods and rules of centralized melting and distribution of aluminum alloy molten liquid for die casting. Suitable for centralized melting and distribution of die casting aluminum liquid. At present, the relatively concentrated areas of China's die casting industry have adopted the very mature centralized melting and on-demand distribution model abroad, and with the rapid development of China's die casting industry, there are more and more factories have adopted such a production model. However, the die casting industry executes its own enterprise standards, and there is no unified national standard implementation. The establishment of this standard can greatly improve the promotion of aluminum alloy liquid direct supply mode, through a unified standard, so that the upstream aluminum alloy liquid supply enterprises and downstream die casting molding enterprises between the barrier is reduced, so that it can achieve seamless connection, improve production efficiency. Secondly, the formulation of the standard provides a reference for new aluminum alloy liquid direct supply enterprises and centralized smelting industrial parks, which greatly promotes the application of aluminum alloy liquid direct supply mode in China and speeds up industrial upgrading.
"Die casting aluminum Alloy" and other three government standards will mainly review the main technical content and verification of the three national standards submitted for review, and the rationality of technical performance.
Gong Siqing, Secretary-General of Jiangsu Foundry Association, participated in the discussion of the national standard of Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting and Reporting Requirements Part X: Foundry Enterprises. This standard specifies the terminology, accounting boundaries, accounting steps and accounting methods, data quality management, report content and format for the accounting and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions of foundry enterprises. It can provide a basis for foundry enterprises to scientifically formulate greenhouse gas emission control action plans and countermeasures, improve the standardization of carbon emission data management of foundry enterprises, and provide support for the competent authorities to coordinate carbon emission data management.
