Recently, the land for the Yufeng New Energy Vehicle Components Production Base (Expansion and Upgrading) project was successfully auctioned.
The project is located in Jiangyin High-tech Industrial Park. With a total investment of approximately 155 million yuan, the land area is about 25 acres, and the annual output value is 150 million yuan. The main products include aluminum-magnesium alloy new material electric drive housings, electronic control housings, battery pack housings, and integrated body components for new energy vehicles. The establishment of this project is conducive to providing high-quality supporting services for the upstream and downstream enterprises in the advanced equipment manufacturing industry of the park, and improving the regional industrial chain.
The parent company of this project was established in 2021 and is a technology-based manufacturing enterprise specializing in magnesium-aluminum alloy automotive parts and new energy vehicle parts. The company has been deeply engaged in the field of aluminum alloy die-casting and possesses a complete chain production capacity from product design, mold development, die-casting molding to assembly lines. Its products are widely used in the new energy vehicle and new energy two-wheeler industries, and its main customers include well-known enterprises such as Yadea, Meituan, Hailuo, and Green Source.
The park has complete hardware facilities and has achieved "seven connections and one leveling". The supporting standards reach "five ones", and a comprehensive bonded zone has been planned and laid out. The development direction is clear, with a focus on cultivating four leading industries: new energy vehicles and automotive components, electronic information, advanced equipment manufacturing, and energy storage batteries. Currently, many well-known enterprises such as Honda Metal, Fujitsu Elevator, and Xi Yin have settled and entered the park.
