The 25,000-ton aluminum profile production project of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry per year is one of the key projects determined by our city this year. In recent days, the construction unit has been seizing the construction period and making every effort to advance the project. As of now, the main body of the project has been basically completed, and the overall construction progress has reached 85%.
At the project construction site, the reporter saw that the office and dormitory building had taken shape and the main steel structure of the workshop had been installed. The workers are scattered in different areas and are currently engaged in secondary structure construction.
Liu Xinsheng, the on-site manager of the 25,000-ton aluminum profile production project of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry, said: "The project began to be prepared in April this year. So far, the main construction in the factory area has been basically completed." In the next stage, the office building will undergo plastering and decoration, the color steel exterior maintenance of the factory building, and road construction. It is expected that the equipment will be installed in the factory around mid-October.
The 25,000-ton aluminum profile production project of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry is located on the third road of Science and Technology in Yongji Economic and Technological Development Zone. The main construction contents include 10,000 square meters of factory buildings, 2,900 square meters of office and dormitory buildings and other ancillary facilities. The project has introduced 5 aluminum profile extrusion production lines, 1 advanced domestic surface production line, and added aging furnaces and their supporting equipment. It mainly produces civil building materials and industrial profiles such as thermal break and glass curtain walls. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 25,000 tons of aluminum profiles, with an annual output value of 500 million yuan, a profit and tax of 6 million yuan, and provide more than 200 job opportunities.
Wang Kaifeng, the on-site manager of the 25,000-ton aluminum profile production project of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry, said: "In the next stage, we will optimize the construction plan based on the weather conditions, actively organize human resources and equipment, and accelerate the construction progress under the premise of ensuring quality and safety. We aim to complete the construction and put it into use by the end of November."
