The Minim Martap bauxite mine project in Cameroon is expected to ship its first batch of ore in the third quarter.

According to foreign media reports, the Australian stock exchange-listed company Canyon Resources released a report stating that based on the current development schedule, its Minim Martap bauxite mine project in Cameroon is planned to start producing bauxite in the early second quarter and is expected to achieve its first ore shipment in the third quarter of this year.
The company stated that it intends to finalize the purchase agreement after completing the shipment of the first batch of bauxite. This will enable the customers to confirm the high-grade characteristics of the Minim Martap ore (approximately 51% alumina and approximately 2% silica).
