On July 23rd, Fuzhou City held a video conference for the commencement of major projects in the third quarter of 2025. The production base of Fujian Yuefeng Aluminum Structure Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. The total construction area of this project is approximately 30,000 square meters, including 23,185 square meters of above-ground construction area, a one-story connected basement, and 5,481.5 square meters of underground construction area. A 16-story Class C and II factory building and its podium (3-story Class C and II factory buildings and 2-story Class C and II factory buildings) will be constructed on the upper part. The main structure type is frame-shear wall structure, and the total height of the building is 79.8 meters. After the project is completed, it will improve the office environment of the enterprise and lay a solid foundation for its modern office work, information-based scientific research and strategic transformation and development.
