The United States made aluminum tableware double reverse final cut

On March 4, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping ruling on imports of Aluminum Containers, Pans, Trays, and Lids from China. The dumping rate of Chinese producers/exporters was found to be between 193.90% and 287.80%. Meanwhile, the US Department of Commerce made a final countervailing ruling on aluminum tableware imported from China, awarding the producers/exporters Henan Aluminium Corporation and Zhejiang Acumen Living Technology Co., Ltd. Due to non-participation in the litigation, the tax rate is 317.85%, and the tax rate of other producers/exporters in China is 317.85%. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is expected to make its final anti-dumping and countervailing industrial injury ruling in this case on April 18, 2025. This case mainly involves products under the US Customs Code 7615.10.7125.
On June 6, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the launch of an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation into aluminum tableware imported from China. On October 22, 2024, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice to make a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on aluminum tableware imported from China, and on December 20, 2024, the US Department of Commerce announced a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on aluminum tableware imported from China.
