The Yuefeng Green Aluminum Alloy Project has been put into production

The green aluminum alloy project, which Yuefeng Recycled Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to building, has been steadily advancing since its commencement in September 2024. In December 2025, the main building construction of the project, equipment installation and commissioning were completed, and the project was officially put into production.
This project focuses on the intelligent deep processing of 100,000 tons of new high-end green recyclable aluminum alloy round bars and 56,000 tons of profiles per year. It adopts advanced technologies such as flameless heating and automatic cooling. The tensile strength of the KHC series alloys exceeds 620MPa, ensuring that recycled aluminum is used without downgrade and solving the pain points of the industry. Its water reuse rate exceeds 98%. The energy consumption indicators per unit product of the round ingots in the alloy plant and the 3C profiles in the extrusion plant are both better than the national first-level energy consumption standard values. Combined with photovoltaic power generation and green electricity procurement, its low-carbon advantages are significant.
After the project reaches its full production capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 1.125 billion yuan, create over 400 jobs, and export tens of thousands of tons of aluminum materials annually.
