On December 13, 2025, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued Announcement No. 2025/41, making a preliminary affirmative anti-dumping determination regarding photovoltaic aluminum frames (Turkish: "fotovoltaik paneller için alüminyum çerçeveler") originating in China. The Ministry decided to impose provisional anti-dumping duties or require cash deposits ranging from 14.79% to 31.40% of the CIF (cost, insurance, and freight) value on the subject products (see attached schedule for details). This measure took effect immediately upon publication of the announcement and will remain in force for no more than six months, expiring upon issuance of the final determination.
The Turkish customs tariff code for the subject products is 8541.90.00.00.11.
Turkey initiated the anti-dumping investigation on photovoltaic aluminum frames from China on May 25, 2025. The period of investigation for dumping was from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, while the injury investigation period covered January 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024.
