Uzbekistan's AKFA plans to build an aluminum manufacturing plant in the United States.

On May 7th, the new manufacturing plant of AKFA Aluminium Solutions Company, a subsidiary of the AKFA Group of Uzbekistan, began construction in Bowling Green.
AKFA is the first Uzbek company to establish manufacturing operations in the United States. The company has invested in building a new factory in Kentucky.
The first operational base of AKFA in the United States will integrate recycled aluminum billets and energy-saving systems to support a low-carbon supply chain, thereby strengthening the region's growing reputation in the field of sustainable advanced manufacturing.
