The "Proposal of Wenshan Prefecture on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Wenshan Prefecture" was put forward. Focusing on important mineral resources and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, antimony, zinc, indium, manganese, titanium, tungsten and tin, we will deeply implement the new round of strategic actions for mineral exploration breakthroughs, promote the exploration and development of important mineral resources and increase reserves and production, explore the establishment of a coordinated and connected system for exploration, production, supply, sales and storage, give full play to the new advantages of the integrated development of "green electricity + advanced manufacturing", and accelerate the coordinated development of the industrial chain, supply chain and innovation chain. Focusing on extending, supplementing and strengthening the green aluminum industry chain, we will continue to answer the question of "How can Wenshan build a green aluminum valley in Yunnan?" We will focus on high-end, intelligent and green development, accelerate the construction and improvement of an aluminum industry system of "1+1+3+N" (electrolytic aluminum + recycled aluminum +3 aluminum industrial parks +N enterprises and projects), and promote the construction of aluminum product futures delivery warehouses. Accelerate the construction of a recycling system for recycled aluminum resources, build an advanced manufacturing cluster of green aluminum in southeastern Yunnan, promote the conversion rate of aluminum alloys to 100%, increase the proportion of aluminum materials to over 70%, and create the core area of the "Green Aluminum Valley".
In terms of industrial collaboration, we will build an aluminum deep processing base facing ASEAN, accelerate the cluster development of border trade processing industries, and form a full chain of "import - processing - export".
