Yuefeng Alloy: The third production line in Workshop 2 of Phase II has been successfully put into operation

Recently, the 1.2 million-ton lightweight high-strength aluminum alloy material project of Yuefeng Alloy Co., Ltd. has made significant progress - the third production line in the second workshop of the second phase has been successfully put into operation. This production line adopts advanced molten aluminum pouring and casting techniques, achieving breakthroughs in enhancing production efficiency, ensuring employee safety, and promoting green manufacturing. It marks a crucial step forward for the company on its development path towards "high-end, intelligent, and green".
A total of five production lines are planned and constructed in the second workshop of the second phase, which is an important part of Yuefeng Alloy's efforts to expand production capacity and improve efficiency. The most outstanding feature of the third production line lies in its fully automatic aluminum water pouring and casting system. Compared with the traditional mode that relies on crane hoisting and manual operation, the new production line realizes the fully automated connection of molten aluminum from the smelting furnace to the casting machine through unmanned molten aluminum transfer equipment and precise control systems. This innovation not only significantly shortens the time for pouring molten aluminum in a single batch, but also eliminates safety hazards such as high-temperature scalding from the source.
