Yuefeng Aluminium Industry has successfully completed the carbon footprint verification of its high-quality round ingots
October 16, 2025
Recently, after independent verification and scientific assessment by the international authoritative certification body SGS, the carbon footprint of the high-quality round ingot products from the 80,000-ton green and low-carbon production line of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry throughout their entire life cycle is only about one-third of the national green product emission requirements, fully demonstrating our company's leading strength in green manufacturing and low-carbon management.
In response to the national "dual carbon" strategy call and seizing the opportunities of green economic development, Yuefeng Aluminum Industry, relying on its new 80,000-ton green and low-carbon melting and casting production line, continuously optimizes its production process. Through the domestically first melt treatment technology, it fully meets customers' requirements for product quality and extensively and at a high level utilizes recycled waste materials as raw materials. It has significantly reduced the consumption of native resources and energy dependence. The successful passing of the carbon footprint verification work for high-quality round ingots under the ISO14067 standard this time is a strong proof of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry's active fulfillment of corporate environmental responsibility and the construction of a green supply chain system. It also provides a reliable basis for downstream customers to choose low-carbon materials.
Looking ahead, Yuefeng Aluminum Industry will continue to deepen the construction of its green manufacturing system, further promote energy conservation, consumption reduction and recycling, and be committed to providing customers with aluminum products with lower carbon footprints and better environmental performance. It will also work hand in hand with partners in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to jointly promote the green transformation of the entire chain, and contribute to building a sustainable industrial ecosystem and achieving the national carbon neutrality goal.
