Yuefeng Aluminum Group's technical achievements were once again selected into the "Science and Technology China" leading technology list

On July 2, the China Association for Science and Technology officially released the 2023 "Science and Innovation China" series list. The "Two-stage method" aluminum ash resource utilization technology developed by Yuefeng Aluminum was selected into the "Science and Technology China" pilot technology list.
 
This is also another "national brand" honor after the technology was selected into the "National Advanced Pollution Prevention Technology Catalog (Solid Waste and Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Field)" in 2023.
 
The "two-stage method" aluminum ash resource utilization technology adopts a one-stage active dissolution + two-stage clinker sintering two-stage production process, which not only recovers the aluminum in aluminum ash, but also collaborates with the impurities in the Bayer process alumina system, realizing the safe utilization of harmful gases, effective control of chlorofluoro nitrogen, and greatly improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of secondary aluminum ash.
 
The transformation and industrialization of the research results of the project effectively solved the worries of electrolytic aluminum production and hazardous solid waste treatment, provided a safe resource treatment method for aluminum ash in the aluminum industry, and also opened up a new idea for the removal of organic matter in the production of Bayer alumina, achieving a win-win situation of social and economic benefits, and was rated as the international leading level by the China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association.
 
The 2023 "KEChuang China" series list focuses on the whole ecological chain of "technological research + achievement transformation + organizational empowerment + talent support", with a total of four categories of lists. Among them, the leading technology list selects cutting-edge technologies with industrial leading significance and broad prospects to help scientific and technological innovation lead industrial development.
