Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum independent research and development of high-strength solderable multi-layer composite board through user product trial production verification. Its mechanical properties before and after brazing have been recognized by many application enterprises in the industry, reaching the industry-leading level.
It is reported that the development of the composite plate challenges, the core alloy is a new alloy, flat ingot casting prone to crack, slag inclusion and other problems, the technical and process requirements are extremely high; In composite rolling, the thickness of coating layer is 25%-80% higher than that of conventional rolling, which also tests the rolling technology. In the face of these problems, the research group of the technical quality center actively combined with technical personnel of various units to carefully formulate key production technical parameters, strengthen process supervision, track the production process, after multiple rounds of trial production, testing and user verification, successfully developed two kinds of composite plate materials, and also developed a new alloy core material that can age strengthen.
The composite board can replace part of the conventional composite board and alloy veneer, mainly used in the field of new energy vehicle battery thermal management condenser, evaporator, water tank radiator and other components and energy storage field. The strength after brazing is improved, which can achieve product upgrading and increase added value, and the market prospect is broad.
The strength of the new product is about 16% higher than that of the common composite plate before brazing, and the strength after brazing is more than 86% higher, which is conducive to the follow-up development of high-performance composite plates, and is a major breakthrough made by Yuefeng Aluminum in the field of research and development of aluminum alloy composite plate materials, helping enterprises to stand out in the market competition and move towards a higher goal.
