Yuefeng Aluminum has successfully passed the re-certification audit of the four systems
November 8, 2025
From October 27th to 31st, the audit team of China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., LTD. (CCSC) entered Yuefeng Aluminum to carry out the external audit work of the four major management systems of quality, occupational health and safety, environment and energy for the year 2025. After strict review, the company's four major management systems have passed the supervision audit and are operating continuously and effectively.
During the audit period, the audit team, in accordance with relevant standards and industry norms for electrolytic aluminum, conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the company's management of the four systems through methods such as reviewing system operation ledgers, conducting in-depth verifications in key areas like the electrolysis workshop, and conducting interviews and exchanges with personnel from various departments. After a comprehensive assessment, the audit team gave full recognition to the overall operation of the company's four systems, believing that the systems met the requirements of the certification standards and operated effectively. They unanimously agreed to pass the supervision audit for the year 2025.
At the final meeting of the audit, the deputy general manager of the company, on behalf of the company, expressed gratitude to the audit team for their professional guidance and clearly stated that the company would fully accept the problems and improvement suggestions pointed out by the audit team and would promote the subsequent rectification work with a serious and conscientious attitude. At the same time, based on the review feedback and the actual management of the company, clear requirements are put forward for the optimization and improvement of the system: First, each system management department should take the lead in sorting out problems, establish a "problem - measure - responsible person - time limit" ledger, and ensure that the rectification is traceable and assessable; Second, the heads of all departments should attach great importance to rectification, deeply explore the root causes to determine corrective measures, draw lessons from one case to prevent others, identify potential risks, and establish a long-term prevention and control mechanism. Third, taking this certification as a starting point, we will promote the upgrade of the four systems from independent operation to integrated and coordinated operation. We will combine rectification with daily management, improve the compatibility of system documents with electrolysis processes, strengthen the refined control of key processes, and empower high-quality development through system construction.
