On August 6th, the second 2800T large-scale extrusion production line of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry was officially started and put into operation. Within one month, two large-scale extrusion production lines were put into operation successively, marking the full implementation of Yuefeng's capacity expansion project for high-end industrial aluminum products. The online quenching system is equipped with multiple mode controlled cooling, and is equipped with circumferential multi-channel independent adjustable nozzles, which can achieve zone cooling for complex profiles with significant thickness differences. The mechanical properties of the profiles are stable and controllable, reducing the offline heat treatment process and reducing turnover and energy costs.
The flexible cold bed is combined with a fully automatic straightening machine and a CNC finished saw to achieve full automation of the "extrusion - quenching - cooling - straightening - fixed-length sawing" process, effectively reducing profile scratches, twisting, and bending defects, with tensile accuracy reaching ±1.5mm, fully meeting the strict quality standards of high-end profiles.
From July 16th to August 6th, the successive commissioning of Yuefeng's two 2800T production lines is another successful practice of Sefu's concept of "driving industrial upgrading with technology".
