The Yufeng Aluminum Industry project for the research, development, production, manufacturing and deep processing of new aluminum materials is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of July, provided that the weather conditions remain stable.
As a core supporting project for Yuefeng Group's expansion into the northwest market and improvement of the regional industrial layout, this project is located in the aerospace industrial park of Yanliang Industrial Zone in Fu-Yan New District. With a total investment of 280 million yuan, it will commence construction in 2025. After its completion and operation, the project will comprehensively cover the high-end manufacturing markets in the northwest and southwest regions. Upon full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 400 million yuan. The project will build modern and standardized production workshops, an aluminum alloy and deep processing research and development center, and simultaneously equip necessary supporting facilities such as storage and office areas. It will create an intelligent and large-scale high-end aluminum material industrial base integrating R&D, production, and processing. It will also introduce more than 300 pieces of equipment including quenching furnaces, CNC machines, shearing machines, drawing machines, leveling machines, CNC sawing machines, etc., forming a complete industrial chain capability covering aluminum alloy research, production, and deep processing.
The enterprise will also achieve a comprehensive upgrade of its industrial model, focusing on high-precision aluminum products. It will mainly offer core products such as aerospace-grade aluminum sheets, special aluminum profiles, precision aluminum rods, industrial aluminum tubes, and high-end customized aluminum components. It will establish a one-stop deep processing system covering high-precision cutting, precise drilling, CNC numerical control machining, and final assembly. It will realize a complete self-operated industrial chain from raw material preparation, new material research and development to precise deep processing, break through the barriers of the industrial upstream and downstream, significantly shorten the supply cycle, reduce the supporting costs, precisely match the customized demands of high-end fields such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, rail transit, and military precision equipment, help the enterprise seize the high-end aluminum material market in Northwest China, and further enhance its industry competitive advantage.
