Recently, the high forming, high surface 6XXX aluminum alloy sheet jointly developed by Yuefeng Aluminum Material Institute and Yuefeng Aluminum passed the batch verification of the inner plate of the automobile tail cover and the inner plate of the door of a well-known brand in Shanghai and began to supply, and for the first time realized the application of Yuefeng aluminum 6XXX aluminum alloy sheet instead of imported sheet on the inner panel of the automobile covering. Open the road of localization of 6XXX aluminum alloy for the inner plate of covering parts, and lead the development of 6XXX aluminum alloy sheet for domestic automobiles.
In order to take into account the formability, surface quality and strength, 6XXX aluminum alloy is generally used for the outer plate of automobile covering parts, and 5XXX aluminum alloy is usually used for the inner plate, but this method is not conducive to recycling, and the inner plate is replaced by 5XXX aluminum alloy to 6XXX alloy, which is more in line with the needs of low-carbon green development. Due to the complex shape of the inner plate and high formability requirements, 6XXX alloy for the inner plate has been dependent on imports, high prices and long delivery cycle, so it is urgent to develop domestic 6XXX aluminum alloy sheet instead of imports.
Yuefeng Aluminum Materials Institute and Yuefeng Aluminum jointly research and successfully develop the high-forming, high-surface 6XXX aluminum alloy automotive plate for the inner plate of the overlay, which not only has the characteristics of low yield ratio, high stamping and forming performance, high paint strength, stable parking performance at room temperature, etc., which meets the use requirements of the inner plate and outer plate of the overlay. At the same time, we completed the test of the inner plate of the tail cover and the inner plate of the front and rear doors of a number of models in a well-known brand OEM in Shanghai, passed the batch certification, realized the import substitution, and further enhanced the market competitiveness of Yuefeng Aluminum alloy automotive plate.
