Yuefeng Aluminum plans to raise 878 million yuan to increase the new energy auto parts project

On March 5, Jiangsu Yuefeng Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement that it plans to issue no more than 55,799,524 shares to specific objects, raising a total of no more than 878 million yuan for intelligent manufacturing projects of new energy auto parts and supplementary working capital. The offering plan has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The raised funds investment project will be implemented by Yuefeng Group in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, to build new energy auto parts production lines. With a total investment of 880 million yuan, the project mainly produces core components such as three-power system components and structural components for new energy vehicles. After the project is put into operation, it will enrich the company's new energy product line, enhance product supply capacity, and lay out the frontier technology field of new energy vehicles in advance to seize market opportunities.
