Among them, the increment of self-production was obvious, an increase of 29% year-on-year, refreshing a historical record, and successfully achieved a "good start" in the first quarter of production.
Since the beginning of this year, the rolling plant has actively planned to take full detailed production scheduling as the criterion, strengthen the plan implementation management, and carry out reserve production by optimizing the host product structure. In the first quarter, the production of automobile plates in the calendering plant increased by 91.1% year-on-year, the production of a 7XXX pre-stretched plate increased by 84.4% year-on-year, and the Marine products increased by 86.2% year-on-year, and the calendering plant delivered a brilliant answer. At the same time, the rolling plant strictly implemented the metal management methods, effectively reduced the ineffective metal occupation in the first quarter, and the metal occupation of the rolling plant decreased by 5% year-on-year.
In order to better ensure market demand and enhance product competitiveness, the rolling plant has continued to improve process optimization this year, and has solably promoted the speed of the production line with the carrier of "opening the list", among which the "No. 3 air cushion furnace capacity improvement" project and the "Improve the stable operation of air cushion furnace" project have achieved remarkable results. By carrying out a series of measures such as process optimization and implementation of pre-cleaning transformation, while ensuring product quality, production efficiency was greatly improved, and the volume of 3# air cushion furnace passed in the first quarter increased 151% year-on-year.
At the same time, we continue to work hard to improve the product yield. This year, the calender plant set up a special office for automobile plate, through the preparation of a number of automobile plate product quality planning documents, complete 5 series, 6 series automobile plate products special process procedures to discuss and review, the first quarter of automobile plate product rate increased by 1.8%.
In the production operation, the calender factory finds the rules and characteristics of the operation of the equipment, works hard to strengthen the precision of preventive maintenance, and constantly does a good job of equipment standardization inspection and inspection. Through the planned maintenance of 9 key machine lines such as rolling mill, air cushion furnace, surface treatment line and some key machine lines, the completion of maintenance projects and maintenance quality were tracked and evaluated, and the failure shutdown rate in the first quarter of this year decreased by 34% compared with last year.
In terms of equipment project construction and equipment technical transformation work, the rolling plant has steadily promoted and accelerated the construction, and solved the current major problems affecting production efficiency and product quality through innovation and technological research. The two projects of surface treatment line front equipment improvement and train closure have been entered into construction, and the work is done in advance and the task is rushed forward. In addition, the expansion of the specification range of the 4300mm milling machine ingot processing project has been completed to further meet the needs of wider and thinner products, laying the equipment foundation for the realization of the annual production and operation goals.
